A SAPscript form is assigned to each statement. This form defines how the statement is formatted. The SAPscript form contains a number of form areas that are called each time a statement is created.

Standard settings

The Sender and Address form areas already contain minimum entries taken from different tables. The Header, Footer, Logo and Signature areas are blank.

Activities

1. You can change the standard text elements if required.
2. You can create a new standard text and include it in the statement.
3. You can scan in a handwritten signature.

Further notes

If you have changed the standard texts or created your own standard texts, you must assign them to the relevant statement in the section Set Up Statement Parameters under Assign Standard Texts.
