Statement of employment §312 SGB III

  • Leave compensation

Under point 8, you specify the fictitious leaving date if leave compensation is paid due to the end of an employment contract. To do this, you maintain the statement wage type BLEA with your wage type for leave compensation. If leave compensation is also paid for other reasons, for example, at the end of the year, you must create two wage types and assign one of these the name 'Leave Compensation Due To Leaving'.
