Use

In this Customizing activity, you can flag absences for statements.

Some statements are created due to an absence. These include, for example, statements for sick pay/pension sick pay/injury pay, when an employee is absent due to illness or accident, or a statement of earnings for maternity protection, which is issued when an employee takes maternity leave.

In order to exclude the months with parental leave benefit and the months with reduced income due to a pregnancy-related illness in the statement of earnings for an application for parental leave benefit, these absences must be flagged with the #parental leave benefit# indicator.

Activities

For each statement that is created due to an absence, define which absences are to be displayed for selection under Settings.

To do this, flag the absences in the Stmts Indicator column according to your requirements, for sickness/health cure, maternity protection, illness of child, military service, or parental leave benefit.
