Use
If you have used the wage type summary functions in the old statement programs (before Release 4.7) with the evaluation classes 06 - 10 (wage type table T512W), you can transfer this summary to the wage type bases. The name of the wage type basis is formed as follows:
1st position: Y (Y and Z are customer names)
2nd position: 2nd character of evaluation class
3rd + 4th positions: Specification of evaluation class
The name of the specification is used as the text for the wage type basis.
All coded wage types are transferred according to the coding of the wage type bases. Specifications for the evaluation class are only converted if at least one wage type has been assigned.
Activities
Enter the required evaluation class as the parameter and first start the program in the test mode.
Check the log and then run the program in update mode.

Example
You have coded the following specifications in evaluation class 09:
01: One-off payments subject to tax
- 02: Tax-exempt one-off payments
- 03: Non-monetary remuneration
These are converted to the following three wage type bases:
- Y901: One-off payments subject to tax
- Y901: Tax-exempt one-off payments
- Y901: Non-monetary remuneration
