Use

In this IMG activity, you specify the reporting personnel area/personnel subarea for statements.
You have the following four options:

  • Summarization of all personnel areas/personnel subareas together as only one personnel area for reporting
  • Without summarization:
    Each personnel area/personnel subarea is an independent personnel area for reporting.
  • Summarization using a characteristic, such as DZUBT (valid only in Germany)
  • Maintaining a direct assignment under Determination of Personnel Area Reporting
