You use this Customizing activity to delimit the validity period for the Absence Quotas infotype (2006).

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Start the Customizing activity and choose Position... .
  2. In the dialog box, enter the construction constant U2006 and confirm your entry.
  3. Select a start date for the activation of the construction constant, but only a date at the start of a year is useful here.
  4. For the construction constant U2006, set the validity indicator of the constant by selecting the Valid checkbox.
  5. Choose Save.
