Use

In this Customizing activity, you specify the address of the sender, which is your company.

Under address type Company Address, the communication data of your company is then stored in central address management.

The address and contact person of the company must be included in the communication data sent to the health insurance funds. You can edit this information in this Customizing activity and the Customizing activity Assign Administrator.

Activities

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter an 8-character address key that consists of the personnel area (4 characters) followed by the personnel subarea (4 characters).
3. In the Text field, enter a name of your choice for the company address.
4. Choose Enter.
5. In the Display Address dialog box, you can save your address data (for example, street and city), as well as further communication data (such as telephone, fax, and e-mail).
