In the data records for the statement of earnings to the health insurance fund, you need to send a "company number of the sender", similar to the procedure for the German Data Entry Regulation (DUEVO). Depending on the organizational assignment of the employee, you can assign the appropriate personnel area/reporting here, and the company number belonging to it then appears as the "company number of the sender" in the data record.
This assignment is similar to the assignment using the characteristic DZUD3 for DEUEV.
There are four different ways to specify the personnel area/personnel subarea:
- Summarization of all personnel areas/personnel subareas together as only one personnel area for reporting
- Without summarization:
Each personnel area/personnel subarea is an independent personnel area for reporting. - Summarization using a characteristic, such as DZUBT
- Maintaining a direct assignment under Determination of Personnel Area Reporting
Activities
- In the dialog box, choose a subapplication.
- Choose one of the four options for specifying the personnel area for reporting.
