Use
You can test the complete employee tax statement with Elster process.
This comprises the following steps:
- Generate employment tax statement data using report RPCTXVD0
- Create XML data using report RPCTXSD0
- Transfer the data to the clearing house and retrieve the log
- Create the employee statements
For testing, you need to flag the data that will be transferred to the clearing house as test data.
To do so, you can classify the system and the client as productive system or test system. You can use the constant MODE or table T000. The value of the constant MODE overrides the settings in table T000. If no value has been maintained for the constant MODE, table T000 is evaluated. For more information about the constant MODE, see the related documentation.
In all systems that are not flagged as productive systems, the data is flagged as test data before it is sent to the clearing house.
In all the non-productive systems, an additional selection screen is provided in the selection screen of report RPCTXSD0. You can define the type of test under Test Utilities -> Test.
To do a test run in a productive system, you must use the constant MODE, value T to flag the system for the testing period as a test system for application ST/LSTB. This flags the data as test data when report RPCTXSD0 is executed so that it is recognized and processed as test data when sent to the clearing house.
After the test, the test data can be deleted using report RPCTXZD0.
