Use
You can use this activity to update the assignment of postal codes to official municipality keys (AGS).
Requirements
Standard settings
To download the AGS file (Plz_Ort_AGS_Tabelle.zip), see SAP Service Marketplace and choose Alias HRDE under Elster@ SAP. http://service.sap.com/HRDE
You can use this activity to read the entries for postal code, name of municipality, and AGS, and insert them into table P01T_AGS. You must first unpack the directory from which the entries are read.
Specify whether you want to perform a test run or live run.
You can enter the user name as a password to avoid entries from table P01T_AGS being deleted accidentally.
Specify whether the entries in table P01T_AGS are to be deleted after you have started the report. If you choose No, only new entries are added or existing entries changed. No entries are deleted.
