Use
If multiple transfers are to be created for the same payee key as part of the German Pension Reform, the individual transfer amounts can be totaled and be transferred to the payee in a single bank transfer (collective bank transfer).
Collective transfers are processed with an own DME Prel.Program Collective Transfer.
A list of the individual transfer amounts can be created for each sender, payee, and transfer wage type.
Requirements
- The payee agrees to the procedure. This is documented by an indicator in the payee key.
- A collective transfer is only possible for transfers with a payee key.
Standard settings
The note to payee for the collective transfer is filled with the text from the transfer wage type and the payroll period by default.
You can use method ADAPT_PURPOSE of Business Add-In HRPAY00_COL_DME to adapt the note to payee.
Activities
Perform the Customizing activities Identify Recipient for Collective Bank Transfer and Specify Sender of Collective Bank Transfers.
Note
Note that the Individual Transfer from Table T5DRB (AVmG: Investment Institution) indicator has a different significance for payee keys with a collective transfer.
