Use

In this Customizing activity you define your contract models for each investment type.

A contract model groups various modules so that the administrator can maintain the infotype more easily.

Requirements

You have defined your modules in the Set Up Modules Customizing activity.

Standard settings

The standard SAP system contains the following model contract models:

For the company insurance:

  • DV00    Free Entry
  • DV01    Salary Conv. EE, Non-Rec., Flat Rate Sec.40b

For the pension fund (PK):

  • PK00    Free Entry
  • PK01    ER + EE, Non-Rec., Tax Free
  • PK02    ER + EE, Regular, Tax Free

Activities

  1. Enter a code and a name for your contract model.
    You use the Model Amendable checkbox to control that other modules can be added in the infotype.
    You use the Restrict Enhance. checkbox to control that only previously specified modules can be added in the infotype.
  2. Select the contract model and choose Assignment of Modules from the dialog structure.
  3. Assign the appropriate modules and the validity period to the contract model.
  4. If you have selected the option Restrict Enhance., select the contract model and choose Enhanceable Modules from the dialog structure.
  5. Add the modules that are enhanceable for the contract model and specify the validity period of the assignability.
