If you do not halve gross wage types (different to the statutory rule) but pay them at a different percentage, this must be taken into consideration when projecting to the fictitious gross amount. In the statutory rule, the fictitious full-time gross amount is both a basis for calculating the flat-rate minimum net amount and for calculating the PI increase by the employer.
Example
In one of your plant sections, the vacation bonus should not be paid out at 50%, different to the statutory rule, but should be paid out at 60%. This should apply for the calculation of the fictitious full-time gross amount for calculating the PI increase and for the amount that is used as a basis for the minimum net amount.
