In this IMG step you define the percentage of the contributions for the Social Insurance Body (SIB) that is used to calculate the third-party contribution basis. The percentage is defined based on a combination between the FPAS code, sequential number, agreed entity, according to the law in force.

Requirements

Before performing this step, it is necessary to customize the branch's FPAS code, the third-party reference code, the entities that have an agreement with the branch and the entities' sequential number.

• The FPAS code and the third-party code are obtained in the IMG step: Personnel Administration -> Organizational data -> Branches and Construction sites : Brazil -> Legal and general information -> GSW information -> Maintain branch information for GSW
• Entities are customized in the IMG step: Payroll -> Third-party contribution -> Update combinations of agreements with third-party.
• Sequential number is customized in the IMG step: Payroll -> Third-party contribution -> Update sequential number of entities.
