Use

In this customizing activity, you create a relationship between a daily work schedule code and a sequential code. Thus, you define entries in the view cluster VC_T799BATTRIB03C. The created relationship is used for the process of defining contractual schedules of the employee.

Requirements

You performed the customizing activity Define daily work schedules.

Standard settings

Activities

In window Determine work area: entry, select 37 in field Country grouping.

In folder Determine HR attribute group, perform the following activities:

  • Fill in columns Attribute group and HR attribute group description.
  • In column HR attribute, insert the fixed value CL_TPROG.
  • In column Adjustable value for HR attribute, insert one of the values created in the customizing activity Define daily work schedules for grouping 37.

Select one of the entries and select folder Determine HR attribute values. In this folder, perform the following activities:

  • In column HR attribute, insert the fixed value AT_TPROG.
  • In columns Valid since and Valid to, insert the same dates that were informed in the customizing activity. Define daily work schedules.
  • In column Adjustable value for HR attribute, insert a sequential code of four positions. Inform 0000 for all daily work schedules that have the field Planned working hours blank in the customizing activity Define daily work schedules for grouping 37.
