Use
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in component Payroll - Brazil (PY-BR). This BAdI allows you to enter in the system information relevant for the programs HomologNet (HBRCHMN0), Employment agreement termination (2011) (HBRRTER2) and Employment agreement termination (2012) (HBRRTER3).
The interfacce IF_EX_HR_BR_TERM_HOMOLOGNET is composed by the following methods:
- IS_CONTRACT_W_SEC_CLAUSE
Informs whether the employee contract has an assurance clause of mutual right of anticipated termination.
The method is used in the programs HBRRTER2 and HBRRTER3.
- GET_PERC_ALIMONY_FGTS
Specifies the alimony percentage applied to FGTS.
The method is used in the programs HBRRTER2 and HBRRTER3.
- IS_EMPLOYEE_NEW_JOB
Informs whether the employee had a new employement during the notice period.
The method is used in the programs HBRRTER2 and HBRRTER3.
- CHANGE_PERC_WT_OVERTIME
Changes the percentage of overtime of a wage type.
The method is used in the programs HBRRTER2 and HBRRTER3.
- GET_EMPLOYEE_CATEGORY
Specifies the worker's category.
The method is used in the programs HBRRTER2 and HBRRTER3.
- GET_TAX_INCIDENCE
Specifies the taxation incidence code according to the standard 101 (FGTS, INSS, IRRF) established by HomologNet.
- GET_EMPLOYEE_TPSALARY_REC7
Changes the employee salary type.
This method is used to fill in the HomologNet field Fixed salary type (record Financial data for termination calculation).
- GET_EMPLOYEE_NRPRODUCT_REC7
Specifies the sequential code and the description of the product, if the employee has variable salary.
This method is used to fill in the HomologNet fields Product sequential code (record Financial data for termination calculation), Code and Description (record Code data).
- GET_EMPLOYEE_DSR_REC7
Changes the quantity of remunerated weekly rests (RWR) that the employee had in the termination month, except in the last week.
This method is used to fill in the HomologNet field Amount of RWR that the employee had in the month of the absence, except in the last week (record Financial data for termination calculation).
- CHANGE_PERC_WT_NIGHT_ADDIT
Changes the percentage of the nightwork bonus of a wage type.
The method is used in the programs HBRRTER2 and HBRRTER3.
- GET_PERC_ALIMONY_TRCT
Specifies the alimony percentage on the termination
The method is used in the programs HBRRTER2 and HBRRTER3.
- PREPARE_ABSENCE_RECORDS_REC6
Specifies the reason and the date of the employee absence
This method is used to fill in the HomologNet fields Movement reason and Movement date (record Employee movement data).
- GET_TPJOURNEYFULFILLED_REC0
Specifies whether the workday of the week of absence was entirely fulfilled by every associate worker in the file.
This method is used to fill in the HomologNet field Workday of week of absence entirely fulfilled (record Initial data).
- GET_TPJOURNEYWEEK_REC0
Specifies whether the workday regarding the Saturday of the week of absence was compensated during the week by every associated worker in the file.
This method is used to fill in the HomologNet field Saturday workday was compensated in the week of absence (record Initial data).
- FILL_PERC_WT
Reveals the percentage of the HomologNet wage types 018 and 019.
- GET_PRINT_OPTION_TRCT
Changes the way the program HBRRTER3 calculates the employee seniority to define whether the Release Agreement or the Approval Term should be issued.
This method is called when you select the option Automatic selection in the Issue of the Release Agreement or Approval Term of program HBRRTER3.
- CHANGE_ACCUMULATION_CRITERIA
Changes the cumulation criterion (rate, value, year, start data, end date or other criterion to your choice) of the wages types in program HBRRTER3.

Activities
After you call the IMG activity, the system displays a dialog box where you enter a name for the implementation.
If implementations of this Business Add-In have already been created, the system displays them in a dialog box. You then choose one of them by choosing Create, and continue as follows:
- In the dialog box, enter a name for the implementation of the Add-In and choose Create.
The system displays the initial screen for creating Business Add-In implementations. - On this screen, enter a short description for your implementation in the Implementation Short Text field.
- If you choose the Interface tab, you will notice that the system has populated the Name of the Implementing Class field automatically, by assigning a class name based on the name of your implementation.
- Save your entries and assign the Add-In to a package.
- To edit a method, double-click its name.
- Enter your implementation code between the
method <Interface Name>~<Name of Method>.

statements. - Save and activate your code. Navigate back to the Change Implementation screen.
Note: You can also create an implementation for an Add-In and not activate it until later. If you want to do this, do not perform the following step: - Choose Activate.
When the application program is executed, the code you created is run through.
