Use

In this step of the Implementation Guide you define the reserve types through reserve identification codes and contribution identification codes.

Requirements

You have already configured the contribution codes in the IMG step: Payroll accounting -> Reserves -> Leave reserves -> Define contribution codes.

Standard settings

The standard system offers a contribution code for the leave fixed part and for the leave variable part.

Activities

  1. Enter a reserve code and a corresponding long text.
  2. If you'll consider the contributions in the reserve calculation, enter a contribution code and a corresponding long text.
  3. Save your entries.

Example

  • Employer's contribution reserves regarding leave:
    • Reserve code: FER_EMPC
    • Contribution code: EMPC
  • Leave reserve:
    • Reserve code: FERIA (leave fixed part)
    • Contribution code: blank
