Use
In this step of the Implementation Guide are maintained the wage types used to determine the calculation base of the leave allowance (wage type /174 for the contract wage and wage type /175 for the variable wage).
Requirements
Standard settings
The system supplies the following standard wage types:
- MF00
- MF02
- MF04
- MF06
- MF08
- MF10
The standard configuration only considers the contract and variable wages. If you pretend to split the double payment of leave allowance (see example), it'll be necessary to create personalized wages types.
Activities
To copy the wage types supplied by the system, proceed as follows:
- Mark the wage types you wish to copy.
- Select WT Customizing.
- Supply the necessary information for the automatic wage type assignment.
- For testing before the copy, mark the field ExecTst and select Copy. If you don't want to execute the test, leave the field ExecTst empty and select Copy.
- Save your entries.
To assign wage types, proceed as follows:
- Select the corresponding groupings.
- Select the absence quota type.
- Select a sequencial number for the different wage types (for proportional, expired or doubled leave).
- Select the validity dates.
- Select the wage type (for proportional, expired or doubled leave).
Example
A certain employee supplies the following data:
Period Quota Leave entitlement Quota type
1. 10.01.2000-09.01.2001 01 20 days Doubled
2. 10.01.2001-09.01.2002 01 30 days Expired
3. 10.01.2002-09.01.2003 01 25 days Proportional
The current payroll accounting period (10/2002) is started for this employee (the wage types for doubled leave are divided into two times 100%):
