  • Employer's contributions reserve regarding Christmas allowance:
    • Reserve code: 13EMPC (SIB, ISI AND THIRD-PARTY REGARDING CHRISTMAS ALLOWANCE)
    • Contribution code: EMPC (SIB - EMPLOYER'S CONTRIBUTION)
  • Christmas allowance reserve
    • Reserve code: 13 (CONTRACT CHRISTMAS ALLOWANCE)
    • Contribution code: blank

Requirements

You have already configured the contribution code in the IMG step: Payroll accounting -> Reserves -> Christmas allowance reserves -> Define contribution codes

Standard settings

The standard system offers a contribution code for the fixed portion and the variable portion of the leave and Christmas allowances.

Recommendation

Activities

  1. Enter a reserve code and the corresponding long text.
  2. To take contributions into account in the reserve calculation, enter a contribution code and the corresponding long text.
  3. Save your entries.
