In this step of the Implementation Guide, you define the types of reserve area (such as Christmas or leave allowance) through an ID code, and you specify the feature that determines the employee's reserve group for the specified reserve area.

Requirements

Before executing this step, it is necessary to configure the corresponding feature in the previous step: Payroll accounting -> Reserve -> Reserves for Christmas allowance -> Determine employee group for reserve (Christmas allowance).

Standard settings

In the standard system, the Christmas allowance reserve area is identified by:

  • Christmas allowance: code 13SALARY and feature BR13P.

Nevertheless, you may create your own code and your own feature, in accordance to your company's practices.

Recommendation

Activities

  1. Select New Entries
  2. Specify the ID code for the reserve area, a long text for the code and a feature for the determination of the employee's reserve group.
  3. Save your entries.
