Use

This IMG activity enables you to activate type linkages for the JOB_ABORTED, JOB_ENDED, JOB_STARTED, and STEP_ENDED workflow events of object type BUS7005. Type linkages are determined in table SWFDVEVTY1 (Type Linkages). A type linkage describes the assignment of a receiver function module and receiver type to a specific combination of object type and event.

The HR Process Workbench needs type linkages so that it can respond to the JOB_ABORTED, JOB_ENDED, JOB_STARTED, and STEP_ENDED events. The HR Process Workbench automatically triggers these events during processing. For example, the JOB_ENDED event is triggered when a process step is completed.
