In this step of the Implementation Guide, you maintain the properties of the dismissal protection laws. For this, you must indicate, for each law, what protection dismissal reasons it takes into account, and the organization and event grouping to which it applies.

Requirements
You have grouped the organizations in the IMG step Payroll -> Dismissal Protection ->Group organizations.
You have maintained the action grouping codes in the IMG step Payroll -> Dismissal Protection ->Maintain action grouping codes.
The system evaluates whether all the properties are valid before a law is applied. If you do not maintain one of the properties (for example, organization), the employee is not entitled to dismissal protection.
