In this step of the Implementation Guide, you group the organizations to which the same dismissal protection law applies. This is achieved by the configuration of feature LADPG.

Example

  1. Law L001 (a six-month additionalprotection period after firing date) is applied to the organizations in São Paulo (G001). Therefore, you must assign all organizations in São Paulo to G001in order to have this law applied.
  2. L005 (a three-month additional protection after firing date) is applied to Unions grouped under organization group G005. Union A and B are grouped under G005, therefore law L005 applies to them. Union X and Y are grouped under G002, therefore law L005 does not apply to them.

Standard settings

The standard delivers the feature LADPG for this purpose. However, if this feature does not match the needs of your company and you want to create your own feature, you must copy LADPG and use it as a model to configure it as you wish.

  2. Save your entries.

  • If you want to use your own feature:

  1. Copy the feature LADPG
  2. Configure it according to the needs of your company
