Use
For the correct consideration of alimony payments in the IT function and to show the necessary information in the payment receipt, it is necessary to create new wage types from alimony wage types.
In this activity it is possible to set for different "realms" which alimony wage types will generate the new wage types. The "realms" represent different situations. Also, it is possible to specify the sign that should be associated to each created wage type, as well as a circumstance where its meaning depends on the "realm".
Following we explain the processing of different "realms":
- "Garnishment: current result": the results table is read.
- "Garnishment: copy payroll advance": if the current payment is a regular payroll, the off-cycle of the monthly ADIA salary advance is read. In case of circumstance '000', the specified alimony wage type is copied. In case of circumstance '001', it will only be done if there is no IT calculation in the off-cycle.
- "Garnishment: copy advance leave allowance": if the current payment is a regular payroll, all off-cycles of advance leave allowance (FERI) are read. The specified alimony wage types will be copied.
- "Garnishment: copy advance christmas allowance": if the current payment is an off-cycle of the christmas allowance, all advances on christmas allowance (off-cycle 131P) of that same year are read. The specified alimony wage types will be copied.
- "Garnishment: copy advance christmas allowance to advance leave allowance": if the current payment is an off-cycle of advance christmas allowance, all off-cycles of the advance leave allowance (FERI) are read. The specified alimony wage types will be copied.
- The realms "Garnishment: customer - current result" and "Garnishment: - old result" are reserved for use by the customer.

Activities
Specify the "realm", the alimony wage type and the new wage type, as well as the sign and the circumstance.
If the customer creates a customizing for the "realms" defined in the customer group, than it will be necessary to programm the "business add-in" HR_BR_GARN_GENWGTYP.
