Use
For part-time employees it is possible to reduce the leave entitlement per entitlement period according to the following table:
Working time Reduced leave days
From 1 to 5 hours per week 8 days
From 6 to 10 hours per week 10 days
From 11 to 15 hours per week 12 days
From 16 to 20 hours per week 14 days
From 21 to 22 hours per week 16 days
From 23 to 25 hours per week 18 days
Over 25 hours per week 30 days
If the employee exceeds the 7 days of unjustified absence, the leave entitlement falls to 50%. An employee is set as part-time employee on the end date of each month of leave entitlement, based on the field Part-time employee in infotype Planned working time (0007) (P0007-TEILK). The weekly hours are determined from the field Weekly hours in infotype Planned working time (0007) (P0007-WOSTD).
So that the leave entitlement for part-time employees can be reduced, constant UOT2 must have the value 1,00.
Requirements
If the generation of the legal leave entitlement is executed via report HBRUQTG0 this constant must have the value 1 in order to reduce the legal leave entitlement of the part-time employee.
