Use
In this step you have to report the wage types that must be valuated for the vacation allowance in the normal payroll. Those wage types will be created by function BRVCR in the internal table of the payroll.
For absence valuation already processed in off-cycle:
Requirements
The wage types to be valuated must be created in the wage type catalog.
The employee grouping for the absence valuation must have been created.
The absence valuation rule must be set.
Standard settings
Activities
In For absence valuation already processed in off-cycle create an entry for each leave wage type to be valuated in the normal payroll. Those wage types will be created in the payroll if the advance leave allowance off-cycle is processed before payroll.
In For absence regular valuation (off-cycle not processed ), create an entry for each leave wage type to be valuated in the normal payroll when the advance leave allowance was not processed. This means when the leave is paid directly in the payroll without an advance.
Usually the same wage types are used for the two cases above mentioned.
