In this step of the Implementation Guide, you assign different wage types to the different types of compensated days (proportional, expired or doubled), depending on the case.

Only wage types coming from the infotype Time quota compensations (IT0416) and connected to leave can be specified as incoming wage types.

To keep data consistency, this step must be carried out based on the customizing of Absence Quota Compensation.

Requirements

Before carrying out this step, it is necessary to:

  • Configure the IMG step: Time management -> Time data management and recording -> Time accounts management via attendance/absence quotas -> Processing of absence quotas in payroll -> Time quota compensation
  • Set your wage types for the compensation of different absence days.

Activities

  1. For each combination of employee grouping for absence valuation, absence valuation rule, time quota compensation method and time quota type, specify:
    1. Payment indicator
    2. Incoming wage type
    3. Outgoing wage type
  2. Save your entries.
