In this section of the implementation guide it is possible to make a proportion of the advance wage payment (fortnightly) of the employees, according to the working days of a period, that is, condition the advance payment calculation to the number of absences registered.

In this case, the system takes into account the number of sequential days and the absences during the period.

Requirements

Section customizing: Payroll --> Payroll for Brazil --> Advance wage payment --> Conditions for advance wage payment --> Update number of absences for advance payment .

Activities

  1. Copy the calculation schema BRA0 to a new one with a name allowed for customers, for example, ZRA0.
  2. To make the advance wage payment a proportion according to the number of working days in the period (taking absences into account), make the following changes to your schema:
    • Insert a parameter call PROP in function BRADV. This way:
      • BRADV CALC PROP
  3. Save and create your new calculation schema.
