  1. Group personnel subareas for absences and attendances in section Time management -> Time data administration and recording -> Absences -> Absences catalog -> Group personnel subareas for absences and attendances.
  2. Set absence types in section Time management -> Time data administration and recording -> Absences -> Absences catalog -> Set absence types.
