Use this IMG activity to:

  • Copy the data from existing Superannuation Fund(s) into new Superannuation Fund(s).
  • Delete existing Superannuation Funds.

The Superannuation Fund maintenance tool is similar to the Wage Type Maintenance tool.

Activities

Copy Superannuation Fund

  1. Select the Superannuation Fund whose data you wish to copy under Original Fund Code.
  2. Enter the name of the new Superannuation Fund to which you wish to copy the existing fund details. Enter the new name under New Fund Code.
  3. Enter a description for the new fund under Text. If there is no description, the tool by defualt picks the description of the original fund. You can can create one or more such sets of old and new fund codes, one in each row.
  4. Select the row(s) containing the funds you wish to copy.
  5. To perform the copy in a test mode, the select Test Run.In this case, the system does not update the database entries.
  6. Select Copy. Once copy is complete, the system displays a detailed log.

Delete Superannuation

  1. Select the Superannuation Fund that you wish to delete under Fund Code. You can select multiple funds, one in each row.
  2. Select the row(s) containing the funds that you wish to delete.
  3. To perform the delete in a test mode, select Test Run. In this case, the system does not update the database entries.
  4. Select Delete. Once the deletion is complete, the system displays a detailed log.
