Using this IMG activity, you can configure the system to allow negative payments and tax refunds across financial years.
Set the Neg Pym tax refund allowed payroll constant (QREFU) to:
- 1 - to allow negative refund across financial years
- 0 - to prevent negative refund across financial years.
The default is set to 0.
Note:
SAP has tested the functionality with this constant set to Allow negative refund across financial years and with the constant set to Prevent negative refund across financial years. Therefore, whichever setting is adopted at the time of implementation is supported.
SAP does not support the changing of this constant once you have implemented it. This option is meant to provide you with the flexibility in case you do not agree with the legislation.
