Use this IMG activity to select the wage types for the calculation of Base Tax and Base Gross during retrospective tax calculations.

Set the Processing Class 69 settings for these wage types as either 0,1,2,3 4,5 or 6.

Configure at least one wage type for each of the following:

  • Base gross for Lump Sum Payments in Arrears (LSPA), the wage type in the standard system is Gross 1st env+bonus (/116).
  • Base tax for LSPA, the wage type in the standard system is Tax 1st env.+bonus (1per) (/416).
  • Base gross for Bonus, the wage type in the standard system is Average Std taxable Gross (/109).
  • Base tax for Bonus, the wage type in the standard system is Av TaxGross (/409).

In case you specify multiple wage types for the same settings of the processing class 69, the system will determine the base gross and base tax using the first wage type in the view table Processing Classes, Cumulations, and Evaluation Classes (V_512W_D).

We recommend that you use the standard system wage types for base salary and base tax, and avoid customizing wage types.
