In this step, you specify the decision for employee group and employee subgroup by using feature To determine Employee group and Sub-group (13DEG). Dependant on the group and subgroup, you define the return value as FT (full time), PT (part time) or CA (casual).
Reports Interface to the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) (RPCPBSQ1) and Employment Declaration Details to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) (RPCPBSQ0) use this feature to determine the employee status, that means if the employee works full time, part time or casual.
Activities
- Call up the decision tree for feature 13DEG.
- Check the default settings.
- If necessary, maintain the new entries according to your own needs.
For example, you can do a further breakdown by using personnel area, personnel subarea and so on.
- Choose Save.
