Use
In the following Customizing activities, you make the settings for calculating employer tax for the municipality of Vienna ("Subway Tax").
All companies with a business location in Vienna are required to pay employer tax to the municipality of Vienna for each employee. This applies in all cases, unless exceptions apply. For more information, see the documentation for the reporting program Austria Employer Tax for Municipality of Vienna (RPCUBSA0RA).
Activities
Proceed as follows:
- Determine the employer#s liability by:
- Setting up the liable personnel subareas using feature WIENU
- If a different kind of liability control is required, you have the following options:
- Create the Municipal Tax A (0797) infotype
- Implement the WORK_IN_VIENNA method of the HRPAYAT_AUBSR_001 BAdI
- If necessary, adapt the payroll schemes by:
- Activating subschema AUBR in subschema AAL0, if you use schema A000
- Activating subschema A0LR, if you use A10R
- In the following Customizing activities, carry out the integration with the posting transfer:
- Assign Symbolic Accounts to Wage Type
- BAdI: Control Posting of Employer Tax
- Modify Feature for Symbolic Accounts of Employer Tax
