Use

In this activity, you define the actions and action reasons that lead to an exemption of payment of employer tax for the municipality of Vienna.

In an initial step, you maintain feature AUMGR (Actions and Action Reasons for Exemption from Payment). In this feature, you can, depending on the organizational assignment in your company, define which employee subgroups are exempt from employer tax for the municipality of Vienna. If, in accordance with the employee's organizational assignment, the feature returns a return value, no employer tax is determined for the employee subgroup.

In a further step, in the Ex.fr.Subway Tax field in the detail view for the absence types, you define whether each specific absence category is exempt from employer tax for the municipality of Vienna.

If an absence category flagged as exempt is entered in the master data of a given employee, no employer tax will be determined for this employee in the payroll run.
