Use

In this activity, you edit feature APNGR (Participation in Flat-Rate Side Charge Bonus Calc. of Gvt Offic.), whereby you define whether additional organizational areas are to be involved in the payment of flat-rate side charge bonuses.

Depending on the return value determined in the feature, the organizational area concerned participates in calculation module FRSCB.

Standard settings

In the standard SAP system, the feature is defined in such a way that the employee subgroup Civil servant participates in calculation module FRSCB.

Activities

To set up participation in the FRSCB calculation for additional organizational units, proceed as follows:

  1. Call the activity.
  2. Create additional nodes in the feature in accordance with your requirements.
  3. Define the required values for the nodes and the return values for the feature as follows:
    • For all organizational units for which the flat-rate side charge bonuses are to be calculated, define J as the return value.
    • For all organizational units for which no flat-rate side charge bonuses are to be calculated, define N as the return value.
  4. Save your entries.
