Use

In this Customizing activity, you carry out the assignment between the absence types, wage types, and indicator that determine a potential reduction during the calculation of the flat-rate side charge bonuses.

You identify the absence types used for the flat-rate side charge bonuses by defining an absence indicator for each combination of absence type and FRSCB-relevant wage type.

You can use this indicator to define whether the absence type is FRSCB relevant or whether the flat-rate side charge bonuses are discontinued or factored.

Note

Note that you can only ever use full months as the validity period for absence categories.

Activities

  1. Call the activity.
  2. Enter the personnel subarea groupings you require for attendance/absence types and the relevant absence types and choose the required FRSCB-relevant wage types.
  3. For each attendance/absence category, specify a validity date and an absence indicator.
  4. Save your entries.
