Use

In the following Customizing activities, you make the required Customizing settings for calculating flat-rate side charge bonuses.

Flat-rate side charge bonuses are additional payments and bonuses that are not directly related to an employee#s performance or employment fraction.

The Customizing activities include the following settings:

  • For the combination of the absence type included in the calculation and the FRSCB-relevant wage type, you define an indicator that determines whether the occurrence of the absence type triggers discontinuation or factoring of the flat-rate side charge bonuses.
  • You define which organizational units participate in calculation module FRSCB.
  • You define the duration of the notice period (permitted FRSCB-relevant absence duration) and whether days off also count for the notice period.

Procedure for using the new function:

  1. Create the FRSCB-relevant wage types in your system client with processing class 69 and assign it the value #1#. To do this, execute the activity in Customizing under Payroll Austria -> Environment of Wage Type Maintenance -> Set Up Wage Types -> Set Up Additional Wage Types.
  2. Perform the following Customizing steps:
  3. Enter the required wage types in infotypes 0008 and 0014.
