Use

In this activity, you check the settings for personnel actions. This check is required to enable you to call, if necessary, pensioner notifications in customer-specific personnel actions. Pensioner notifications are created on the basis of personnel action types, such as:

  • Early Retirement/Retirement
  • Death of Employee
  • Deregistration Pensioners

Note

Since the distinction between personnel action types for the Insurance Institution for Public Service Wage and Salary Earners (BVA) and personnel action types for the regional health insurance funds (GKK) strongly depends on the specific Customizing settings, and since a pensioner notification is not always to be displayed together with action types, SAP cannot provide standard Customizing settings here.

Activities

  1. In Customizing for Personnel Administration, call the Actions section.
  2. Check whether the personnel action settings meet your requirements.

Example

If all employees report their social insurance data to the BVA, you can extend info group 85 for the action Early Retirement/Retirement 14 as follows by adding the last entry:
