Use
In this Customizing activity, you make the required settings to enable the pensioner notification to be called automatically from the master data as soon as any changes to the master data for the pensioner result in the need for a change notification.
Since dynamic actions are used to integrate notifications in the master data, you have to adapt the dynamic actions for the Personal Data (0002) and Addresses (0006) infotypes.
In the sample SAP specifications, pensioners are assigned to technical contribution group PENS. If the data in your SAP system is stored differently, you have to adapt the dynamic action specifications stated below in line with your requirements.
Activities
- Call the activity. In the dialog box, enter 0002 or 0006 for infotype 0002 or 0006.
- Copy the sample entries from client 000 to the customer-specific client.
- If necessary, adapt the dynamic action specifications to meet your requirements.
