Use
Since 2003, it has been possible in Public Sector Austria to send social insurance notifications to the Insurance Institution for Public Service Wage and Salary Earners (BVA) by means of electronic reporting (ELDA).
In the case of pensioner notifications, a distinction is made between the following notifications: Registration Pensioners, Deregistration Pensioners, Change Notification Pensioners, Correction Registration Pensioners, Correction Deregistration Pensioners, Cancel Registration Pensioners, Cancel Deregistration Pensioners.
It is important to note that when a civil servant retires, it is not required to issue a deregistration with an insured person notification and a registration with a pensioner notification. It is only necessary to issue a change notification for the insured person notification and enter a value in the VOPE field to indicate retirement.
Pensioner notifications are in particular used for registering widow and orphan pensioners as well as for change notifications and deregistering pensioners.
In the standard system, the notifications are modeled using the Pensioner Message A infotype (IT0794).
The notification is generated when an infotype record is created in infotype 0794. Report RPUELDA0 is then used to convert the resulting raw file created (in table T5A1O) into the final data medium with opening and closing records that is to be sent to the BVA.
To integrate notification creation into personnel administration processes, you are required to configure customer-specific settings. You can configure these settings in the following Customizing activities.
