In this step you can determine the year for each payroll area back to which retroactive accounting is to be applied automatically as retroactive accounting in previous years. To determine the year, you use

the feature Control Record for Retroactive Accouting in Previous Years (ARCAR). For more information, see the documentation for the feature.

If you use this feature, you must annually update the year entered.

  1. Perform the activity

    You reach the Edit Feature ARCAR: Decision Tree screen.

    If you want to display the documentation for editing features, choose Help -> Application Help from this screen.

  2. Enter the current payroll year for each payroll area.
