In this step, you save the entries for the municipalities to which your company is obliged to pay municipal tax.

Activities

  1. Perform the activity.

    The Assignment of Personnel Subarea/Municipality view appears.

  2. For each personnel subarea, call the input help in the MunNo (municipality number) field.
  3. Double-click the relevant municipality to select it.
  4. In the ERAccMunNo field, enter for each personnel subarea the employer account number assigned to you by the municipality.
  5. Select the Apply Exemption checkbox for the municipalities for which you want to apply the exemption limit.
  6. Save your entries.

Further notes

Instead of assigning a personnel subarea directly to an individual municipality, you can also assign several municipalities with a split factor for the assessment basis to a personnel subarea. In this case, perform the For Special Cases Only: Split Factors for Municipalities activity.
