Use

In this activity, you assign side charge bonus point categories to wage types.
The categories correspond to the subtypes in the Historical Additional Fees A (0813) infotype.

Requirements

For the Historical Additional Fees A (0813) infotype, you have created as subtypes the categories you require.

Standard settings

In the standard SAP system, the Regular category is assigned to the corresponding wage types. Apply these settings to your customer-specific client.

If you use additional side charge bonus point categories, you need to, accordingly, create additional wage types for each category and carry out the assignment for each category.

Activities

  1. Call the activity.
  2. For each category, assign the relevant cumulation wage type created by you:
    • WT for side charge bonus points in the current period
      This wage type is calculated in the payroll run, but can also be specified as an adjustment in the Additional Payments (0015) infotype.
    • WT for the sum of side charge bonus points in the current summation period
    • WT for the sum of historical side charge bonus points in the current summation period
  3. Save your entries.
