Standard settings
In the standard system, SAP provides the work schedule rules KUA (for industrial workers) and KUAG (for salaried employees) as sample work schedule rules for reduced working hours.
Note:
For more information about modifying work schedule rules, see also the documentation in Customizing for Personnel Time Management under Work Schedules -> Work Schedule Rules and Work Schedules -> Set Work Schedule Rules and Work Schedules.

- Call the Customizing activity and select the entry with work schedule rule (WS Rule field) KUA or KUAG.
- Choose Details and check the entries.
