Use

In this Customizing activity, you create your own time constraint class for the Substitutions (IT 2003) infotype. This enables the system to use the collision check in time management to prevent the occurrence of inappropriate overlaps for RHC substitutions.

Requirements

Standard settings

On account of the internal dependency of an individual entry in table T554Y on all other entries, SAP does not provide any sample Customizing settings.

Note:

Activities

  1. Call the Customizing activity and choose New Entries.
  2. Create your own time constraint class (input field: Time con. class) for infotype 2003 (input field: IT) with the following characteristics:
    • RHC substitution can overlap with all attendances (ID N)
    • RHC substitution can overlap with other substitutions (ID N)
    • RHC substitution cannot overlap with RHC substitutions (ID A)
    • RHC substitution cannot overlap with absences (ID A)
    • Absences cannot overlap with RHC substitution (ID A)
  3. Choose Save.
