Use

In this activity, you define the permissibility of wage types in the Company Pension Plan AT (0751) infotype in order to enter notional severance pay entitlements for complete conversion.

On the basis of this assignment, the wage type can be selected in the infotype using the input help for the Wage Type for Basis field.

Standard settings

In the standard SAP system, we provide in client 000 the model wage types M733 and M736 for subtype 3 (Complete Conversion from Severance Pay Old).

Activities

  1. Call the activity and compare the standard SAP settings in client 000 with the settings for your customer wage types in your client.
  2. Choose New Entries and enter the wage types you require, as well as the start and end date of the validity period.
  3. Assign to cumulation wage type ABF0 all wage types that you want to enter in subtype 1.
  4. Assign to cumulation wage type ABF1 all wage types that you want to enter in subtype 3 for the payment of the statutory contribution or contribution defined in a collective agreement.
  5. Assign to cumulation wage type ABF2 all wage types that you want to enter in subtype 3 for the payment of a voluntary contribution.
  6. Assign to cumulation wage type ABF3 all wage types that you want to enter in subtype 3 for the payment of another contribution.
  7. Save your entries.

Note

For other required cumulation wage types, for special payments, for example, use the entry ABF3.
