In this step you assign the corresponding deregistration reasons (for SI deregistration) to personnel actions and action reasons that lead to an employee's leaving.

If an employee leaves your company and you enter a SI deregistration for this employee in SI Notification Supplements infotype (0367) the system can derive and propose the reason for leaving from Actions infotype (0000). If you want the system to propose these values, you must edit the feature Default values deregistration reason IT 0367 (AAGRD).
