Use
If, on account of company agreements or collective agreements, you want to predefine contribution rates higher than the statutory contribution rate for entire groups of employees, you can modify personnel calculation rule ABMK (Setting a Variable Contribution Rate) in this activity in line with your company requirements, and thereby preset the contribution rates for the company pension fund.
You can group variable contribution rates in accordance with any organizational criteria (such as company code or personnel area).
If an employee meets these organizational criteria, this percentage rate is used instead of the statutory percentage rate to calculate the company pension fund contribution.
Standard settings
If you want to calculate contributions on the basis of the statutory contribution rate only, you do not need to make any settings here.
