Use
In this activity, you set up the infotype screen control for the Data for monthly payroll subtype of the Company Pension Plan AT (0751) infotype.
Standard settings
In the standard SAP system, sample entries are available in client 000 for module pool MP075100. The entry 0001 in the Variable Key field corresponds to subtype 1 for the Monthly Contribution Calculation screen. The entry 0002 in the Variable Key field corresponds to subtype 2 for the Partial Entry screen. The entry 0003 corresponds to subtype 3 for the Full Entry screen.
Activities
Call the activity and enter MP075100 as the work area in the Module Pool dialog box.
Synchronize your customer-specific client with the sample entries in client 000.
Branch to the detail view for the entry and define the attributes for the screen fields for the subtype. You can use the field attributes to control which fields you want to leave as input fields and which you want to redefine as pure output fields.
Example
Without exception, you use the statutory percentage (2003: 1.53%) as the contribution rate for the company pension fund and want to prevent this value, which is displayed in the Contribution Rate field in the infotype, from being overwritten with a different value. Once you have entered the relevant work area, select the entry Screen 2000. For the entry P0751-ANZHL(Entitlement Amount for BV), select the radio button in the Outp column.
Recommendation
To minimize the number of incorrect entries, we recommend that you redefine as display fields all fields on the screen that contain default values that you can generally transfer.
If you provide only statutory contribution rates and want to ensure, for master data maintenance, that higher percentages cannot be entered accidentally, we recommend that you redefine the screen field P0751-ANZHL in view T588M as an output field. In the standard SAP system, this field is not write protected.
If the default value for the start of the contribution payment always corresponds to the value that you expect, we recommend that you redefine the screen field P0751-BTBEG in view T588M as an output field. By default, this field is not write protected.
